Rachit Kumar brings over sixteen years of experience in disputes and general corporate advisory across constitutional and commercial law, with a practice particularly active in contracts and joint ventures, power and infrastructure, and white-collar defence, alongside cross-border commercial disputes.
He advises clients at every stage of a matter, strategic planning, drafting, advocacy, and enforcement, combining strong commercial judgment with technical legal rigour in adversarial matters involving both domestic and international parties.
He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and District Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, and a range of statutory and ad-hoc arbitral tribunals, including matters seated internationally.
Prior to ILA&C Law, he practised with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and ALMT Legal.
